Cystic Acne Acne is a common problem among youngsters and is typically dealt with little effort and it soon subsides before making too much trouble. The regular pimple is just a small red bump. When bacteria attack the skin cells, the bodys white blood cells will attack that part of the skin causing it to redden and create a bump on the skin. IF this attack turns out to be very large, extended and powerful that small bump may turn into an cyst creating the condition known as cystic acne. Depending on the amount of cysts and the types of the patient has, this can be categorized as severe acne.
When cystic occurs it takes place on large scale attacks by the white blood cells. Due to this pus is created. Pus is a sticky substance that is induced to create at the site where the white blodd cells try it drive off the bacteria. Infected pimples can collect a large amount of pus making it grow larger by as much as millimeters.
In the short term or at the preliminary stages this cystic can be treated with exposed cystic treatment but if it is left untreated, long term cystic must be treated by topical treatment as well as an internal cleansing system. These pus filled pimples can be very painful to the touch as well as very tender. In these
case the pimple are no longer pimples but are now cysts and has now progressed to cystic acne.
Cystic cysts can be quite painful and ugly to see. Since they are larger than pimples they are far more noticeable as well making them quite unpleasant. Patients suffering form cystic are tempted to squeeze the skin to lessen the ordeal that they are going through, but that seldom proves effective and may in fact make the worse by irritating the skin.
Cystic can be caused by many factors. One such factor is the simple contact of an irritating object with the skin. That alone can trigger the chain of events necessary to form cystic acne. Using harsh soap on the skin can cause cystic as well. The chemicals in the soap are capable of creating enough of a chemical irritant to inflame the skin and allow for infection to occur causing cystic acne. It is also possible for the cure to be the villain as well. Some anti-acne medications are also known to give rise to cystic so its important to choose your medications well. It could be as simple as the person applying the medication not having clean hands that leads to cystic acne. Even a poor diet, especially one thats lacking in fruits and vegetables could trigger cystic acne.
